When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The AI-generated briefings provided through the Service are for your personal or internal business use only.

5. Content and Accuracy

Changecast provides AI-generated briefings based on publicly available information from AI companies. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Briefings are informational summaries and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. Always refer to official sources for critical information.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANGECAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms
